Position: SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central, integration capabilities, and team leadership. The ideal candidate must hold an active SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification and have experience integrating SAP and non-SAP systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and enhancements.
Provide hands-on expertise in Employee Central configuration and related functional activities.
Lead project activities and coordinate with stakeholders and team members.
Design, support, and manage integrations between SuccessFactors EC and SAP systems.
Work on integrations between SuccessFactors EC and non-SAP applications.
Troubleshoot integration issues and support smooth data flow between systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project requirements.
Ensure quality deliverables and provide technical and functional guidance to team members.
7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Prior experience in a lead role is mandatory.
Strong experience with integrations involving both SAP and non-SAP systems.
Active SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is mandatory.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
7+ years of relevant SuccessFactors Employee Central experience.
Prior lead experience.
Hands-on integration experience with SAP and non-SAP systems.
Active SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
