Job description

Responsibilities
  • Manage BGV initiation, tracking, review, and closure across business units.
  • Ensure cases are completed within defined TATs and SLAs.
  • Review discrepancies, red flags, and exceptions as per the BGV policy.
  • Coordinate with TA, BUHR, candidates, and BGV vendors.
  • Monitor vendor performance, quality, and SLA compliance.
  • Handle escalations and provide timely status updates.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, confidentiality, and audit readiness.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.


Qualifications
  • Post-Graduate with relevant experience in BGV or HR Operations.
  • Strong Excel, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Power BI is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, outcome-focused, and capable of handling high case volumes
