About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team and support one of our leading clients in the hospitality (hotel) industry. Key Responsibilities
✔️ Contact prospective customers using leads provided by the company.
✔️ Explain hotel services, offers, and promotions to potential customers.
✔️ Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
✔️ Convert leads into confirmed bookings or successful closures.
✔️ Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
Accurately update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM/system.
✔️ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.
✔️ Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
✔️ Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
✔️ Prepare and submit daily call reports and follow-up updates.

Eligibility
✔️ 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or a similar role.
✔️ Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
✔️ Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Additional regional languages will be an advantage.
✔️ Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools is preferred.
✔️ Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and customer-focused approach.
