We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in [strong style="box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"]Figma and [strong style="box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"]Adobe XD, with the ability to translate business requirements into user-centric designs, wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfaces. This role requires close collaboration with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, storyboards, and interactive prototypes.
Design responsive web and mobile application interfaces.
Develop high-fidelity UI mock-ups and clickable prototypes using [strong style="box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"]Figma and [strong style="box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"]Adobe XD.
Create and maintain reusable design systems, components, and style guides.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
Ensure a consistent user experience across products and platforms.
Collaborate with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy.
Stay updated with industry trends, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in UI/UX design for enterprise, digital banking, fintech, or large-scale web applications.
