Reporting To: Senior Manager – Credit Management
The primary objective of this role is to support end-to-end collection operations, improve collection efficiency, ensure timely realization of payments.
Key ResponsibilitiesDaily monitoring and tracking of customer collections.
Follow-up with Sales teams for outstanding dues and payment commitments.
Management of NACH, cheque, RTGS, NEFT, and other payment collection processes.
Preparation and circulation of collection MIS, ageing reports, and collection dashboards.
Coordination with Sales, Finance, IT, Banks, and customers for collection-related issues.
Follow-up for bounced mandates, rejected transactions, and payment failures.
Reconciliation of customer payments and resolution of allocation issues.
Supporting automation initiatives, RPA processes, and collection process improvements.
Maintaining customer master data related to collection instruments and banking details.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
EMD data maintenance and follow-up for recovery.
Inter CA, MBA Finance, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collection Management.
Good knowledge and experience in performing Bank reconciliation.
Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and MIS reporting.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Employment Type: 1-year contractual role on Talisman's payroll
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
