Home Dream Interio designs and builds residential and commercial interiors, including modular kitchens, wardrobes and full home interiors. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Meet clients to understand their needs, lifestyle, budget and timelines
Prepare design concepts, space plans and mood boards
Create 2D layouts and working drawings in AutoCAD, and 3D views in SketchUp / 3ds Max
Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and fixtures within the client’s budget
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates and quotations
Coordinate with the site team, carpenters and vendors so work follows the design
Visit sites regularly to check quality and progress
Handle client revisions and deliver projects on time
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Interior Design or Architecture
1–4 years of experience in residential or commercial interiors
Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp; 3ds Max / V-Ray is a plus
Understanding of modular furniture, materials and site execution
