AI Lead (Hands-on Lead)
Lead the AI/ML team while remaining an active contributor.
Expected to work on Jira tickets and technical delivery alongside leadership responsibilities.
Strong preference for candidates with an experienced Machine Learning Engineer (MLE) background.
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and confidently with stakeholders.
Strong technical leadership and problem-solving capability are mandatory.
