Job description
Location: India Department: Language Services
We are looking for experienced language professionals to support an ongoing project focused on reviewing and refining Burmese customer service content.
You will conduct second-pass quality reviews to ensure overall linguistic accuracy and consistency across batches. You will validate and calibrate severity assessments to maintain alignment with quality standards. Your tasks will include identifying systemic MT quality issues, such as recurring error patterns, tone mismatches, and terminology inconsistencies. You will provide high-level qualitative feedback that directly contributes to final quality reporting and continuous improvement efforts.

Hourly Rate: $8.50
Duration: 1-2 hours weekly
Requirements
Native proficiency in Burmese language and strong English skills.
Experience in linguistic quality review, MT evaluation, or localization quality assurance.
Strong familiarity with linguistic QA frameworks and error classification.
Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused, analytical mindset.
Ability to work independently and provide clear, actionable quality feedback.
