Job Description

The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing the hotel's marketing and communications strategies to strengthen the brand positioning, increase awareness, drive revenue opportunities, and support the overall commercial objectives of the hotel.

The position will manage all aspects of hotel communications, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, public relations, media relations, campaigns, promotions, brand communications, and internal communications.

The role will work closely with Sales, Revenue, Food & Beverage, Rooms Division and other departments to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the hotel's business priorities and Accor brand standards.

Communication

Understands how marketing activities contribute to room, F&B and overall hotel revenue.
