As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, a typical day involves providing expert guidance and leadership on critical initiatives throughout the systems development lifecycle. This role requires active involvement in high-impact activities that influence the overall IT function, ensuring that strategic objectives are met. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to drive effective solutions and supports the organization in navigating complex technological challenges with a focus on delivering value and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to align technology strategies with business goals to enhance operational efficiency.- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.- Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective system configurations.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to financial modules in SAP environments.- Familiarity with system development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
