Job description

Role: Actuarial Modelling Designation: Deputy Manager Location: Gurgaon Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand new product features and set up new products in the Prophet model.
  • Incorporate changes/refinements identified in the Prophet model.
  • Independently test cashflows (Best Estimate & Valuation) on Excel.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure consistency with reported results.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure consistency with reported results.
  • Document all changes made in coding, along with results and impact analysis, in the release document.
  • Handle queries related to the Prophet model.
  • Work on other projects arising from time to time as per management/business requirements, such as IFRS 17 modelling.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 actuarial exams cleared as per the new curriculum (CM1 mandatory).
  • Sound knowledge of advanced MS Excel; working knowledge of VBA/R programming is an advantage.
