  • Improve visibility of revenue, margin, utilisation, productivity, headcount efficiency, and cost drivers across the CDH.
  • Develop executive dashboards and performance insights that support strategic planning and operational excellence.
  • Strengthen financial governance, controls, and compliance across expenses, procurement, intercompany transactions, and cost allocations.
  • Support workforce planning, capacity management, and commercial scenario modelling to optimize resource deployment and profitability.
  • Partner with leadership teams to identify growth opportunities, improve commercial outcomes, and enhance financial accountability across the organization.

## What you'll bring:

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CA, CMA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MBA Finance, or equivalent) with experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering.
  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial analysis, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence decision-making through commercial and financial insights.
  • Experience developing financial models, business cases, scenario planning, workforce economics, and capacity planning analyses.
  • Strong understanding of revenue, margin, utilization, realization, productivity, cost management, and profitability drivers.
  • Experience creating executive dashboards and management reporting using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience working with global teams, shared services, delivery centers, or matrix organizations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

## Preferred:

  • Experience supporting consulting, professional services, shared services, offshore delivery, or global capability center environments.
  • Exposure to intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, chargeback models, and cost allocation methodologies.
  • Experience partnering with international finance and operational teams across multiple regions.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar financial systems.
  • Experience leveraging automation, AI-enabled reporting, and advanced analytics tools to improve planning and reporting processes.

## Key responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the Consulting Delivery Hub, ensuring accurate and timely outputs.
  • Monitor and analyze revenue, margin, utilization, realization, productivity, headcount efficiency, and cost performance to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards, performance reporting, and management review materials for leadership teams.
  • Partner with CDH leadership on workforce planning, utilization management, capacity forecasting, and organizational productivity initiatives.
  • Support financial close processes, financial controls, governance activities, and audit requirements to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage reporting and oversight of expenses, procurement, intercompany transactions, cost allocations, and expenditure governance.
  • Provide commercial analysis, pricing support, business case evaluations, and scenario modelling to support growth and investment decisions.
  • Act as a trusted finance adviser to CDH and Country Leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous enhancement of reporting, analytics, and financial management practices.
