Job Description:
Genesys Cloud CX Engineer / Developer with 5 8 years of overall contact-center experience and strong hands-on expertise in Genesys Architect, IVR/ACD/omnichannel routing, integrations and Data Actions, combined with practical Google Dialogflow CX/ES voice-bot development experience covering NLU, STT/TTS, DTMF, barge-in, webhook fulfillment and bot-to-agent handoff. Experience with REST APIs, GCP, SAP CRM integrations, Archy/Terraform and CI/CD is highly desirable.
