Job description

We are looking for five interns who enjoy writing Python and want their code used by real businesses. You will work remotely with the engineering team behind CoreHRx, the HR, attendance and payroll software built by ThinkNext Innovations Pvt Ltd.

What your days will look like

  • Write and test Python scripts and small services that support our attendance and payroll modules
  • Build REST API endpoints with Django or Flask and connect them to a SQL database
  • Fix the bugs you find, with a senior developer reviewing every pull request on Git
  • Automate repetitive work such as report exports and data clean-up jobs

Who should apply

  • B.Tech, BCA, MCA or B.Sc (Computer Science) students and recent graduates
  • Comfortable with Python basics: functions, lists, dictionaries and classes
  • Some SQL is a plus; we will teach you the rest
  • Ready to accept challenges and learn from code reviews

What you get

  • A live project that runs in production, not a practice assignment
  • Industry-based learning with a weekly review of your work
  • Internship certificate when you complete the internship
  • Performance-based incentives (there is no fixed stipend for this role)
  • A full-time job offer if a suitable vacancy is open when you finish

Perks: fully remote, flexible working hours and a real work-life balance.

About company

ThinkNext Innovations Pvt Ltd builds CoreHRx, an HR, attendance and payroll platform made in India for Indian businesses. Founded in 2019 in Sector 63, Noida, CoreHRx started from a simple frustration: HR is far too complicated for small and growing companies. Today more than 1,000 organisations across India and 10+ countries use CoreHRx to manage 1.2 million+ employees, with attendance linked directly to payroll, so salaries are accurate and dispute-free.

We build for the people who actually use HR software (owners, HR teams and employees), not just the IT team: simple by design, accurate and transparent, and driven by real-time data.
