Summary We are seeking a skilled GENESYS WDE Engineer to join our IT Services team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in C# and .NET to drive the development and customization of the Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition (WDE). Your work will be essential in ensuring seamless backend application integration and optimizing the Genesys Engage environment. This position demands a professional who can effectively manage Genesys SDKs and APIs while maintaining high standards of configuration and administration to support our enterprise communication goals.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize solutions using C# and the .NET Framework specifically for the Genesys WDE platform.
Implement user interface enhancements and functional modifications utilizing WPF and XAML technologies.
Integrate complex backend applications with the Genesys ecosystem through robust API usage and SDK implementation.
Configure, administer, and troubleshoot the Genesys Engage and WDE environments to ensure optimal performance.
Develop custom features and workflows within the Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition to meet specific business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications for Genesys solutions.
Maintain and update existing Genesys configurations to align with evolving organizational standards.
RequirementsRequirements:
Possess a work experience level between 5.5 and 8 years in relevant software engineering roles.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in C# programming and the .NET Framework.
Show proven expertise in WDE Customization, including deep knowledge of WPF and XAML.
Have hands-on experience working with Genesys SDKs, APIs, and the Genesys WDE (Workspace Desktop Edition).
Display a solid background in Backend Application Integration within enterprise environments.
Be well-versed in Genesys Engage platform operations and management.
Possess practical skills in Genesys Configuration and Administration tasks.
