We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Technical Lead to support enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex production issues, understanding system dependencies, and driving technical resolutions.
The candidate must be experienced in supporting enterprise distributed architectures, managing complex application dependencies, handling third-party vendor integrations, and resolving security and deployment-related challenges.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead troubleshooting and resolution of complex production incidents.
Provide hands-on application support for enterprise Java/J2EE applications.
Analyze application logs, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
Troubleshoot application performance, database connectivity, and integration issues.
Manage application dependencies and coordinate with third-party vendors and infrastructure teams.
Support application deployments, configuration changes, and production releases.
Monitor application health and ensure system stability and availability.
Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
Provide technical guidance to team members and drive incident resolution.
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders during critical production incidents.
