About the Role:

CrowdStrike is currently looking for a MSSP Alliance Manager to help us design, build, and implement a successful Managed Service Provider Partner strategy. Success in this position will require: enabling strong, productive relationships at all levels within key partners, strengthen executive relationships, and to create and execute marketing & sales campaigns to accelerate our business opportunities within the MSSP ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

• Identify, recruit and collaborate with partners in regards to successful engagement, launches, and enablement up to and including the delivery of sales, product and support trainings as required
• Develop and execute a global strategic joint business plan that drives all aspects of the partner relationship including: executive interlocks, business development, enablement, certification plans, partner marketing, and solution development
• Support joint sales pursuit activities, develop sufficient pipeline, and execute together to drive revenue within MSSP partners servicing SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise End Customer accounts.
• Presents and promotes CrowdStrike's value proposition and capabilities that enables the partner to build a profitable CrowdStrike business
• Manage all relationship interlocks: executive, product development, marketing, and delivery
• Develop and execute capacity plans to assure partner is well positioned to deliver successful customer implementations.
• Develop and execute joint solution development plans with emphasis on targeted industry markets
• Lead regular business performance / relationship reviews with senior management
• Build and maintain activity and performance reports and dashboards
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

• A proven track record of creating innovative enterprise solutions and successful GTM plans with leading MSP/MDR Partners of at least 2 to 5 years of exceeding revenue targets.
• 8+ years of successful enterprise sales experience managing strategic MSP/MDR accounts.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
• Strategic thinker and hunter mentality who takes initiative and is capable of hands-on problem solving as well as ability to generate ideas and solutions.
• A strong communicator and presenter, who possesses strong negotiation skills as well as sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills who is able to multi-task, work independently or within a team.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• University/College degree or equivalent experience.

• Adept at moving quickly between low-level execution and high-level strategic thinking and organization
• A good understanding of the MSP & MDR partner operating models and India partner landscape
• Proven track record of building strategic alliances from the ground up and exceeding performance objectives
• Experience and success operating within the Enterprise software market
