Job description
A paid sales internship: a monthly stipend plus incentives on every deal you help close. Not commission-only.
ThinkNext Innovations Pvt Ltd sells CoreHRx, an HR, attendance and payroll software, to small and mid-sized companies. Business owners have a real problem (salary errors, attendance disputes), and we solve it. That makes it a good product to learn B2B sales on.
What you will do
Find and qualify leads from our database, LinkedIn and referrals
Call business owners and HR managers, understand their needs and book product demos
Join demos with our senior sales team, then take your own
Keep every conversation updated in our CRM
Who should apply
Freshers and final-year students: BBA, MBA, B.Tech, MCA or any graduate with an interest in sales
Confident speaking in English and Hindi
Ready to accept challenges: some calls will say no, and that is part of learning
