Oracle Enterprise Asset Management Senior Principal Consultant

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Senior Principal Consultant to lead enterprise solution architecture, business process re-engineering, and end-to-end delivery for our client engagements. Key Responsibilities:
- Understand complex client requirements, relate industry leading practices to business processes, and drive solution blueprinting, architecture, design, and rollout.
- Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Oracle Maintenance Cloud solutions.
- Identify process bottlenecks, propose continuous improvements, and design robust maintenance lifecycle workflows.
- Liaise effectively between client stakeholders, technical/development teams, and third-party software vendors across all delivery phases.
- Lead solution demonstrations, functional design workshops, proposals, and presales initiatives. Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 12 to 18 years of relevant functional experience with a strong focus on asset-intensive enterprise environments.
- Deep hands-on implementation and architecture experience with Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Oracle Maintenance Cloud.
- Proven expertise across core Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including Oracle Inventory, Procurement, and Quality across Oracle Cloud SaaS and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Demonstrated experience leading presales, solution architecture, client presentations, and proposal responses.
- Strong functional knowledge of maintenance methodologies, work order lifecycle management, asset tracking, and preventive maintenance strategies. Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Oracle EAM or Oracle Maintenance Cloud certifications.
- Exposure to complementary enterprise EAM solutions such as IBM Maximo or Infor EAM.
- Prior experience in global tier-1 consulting or multi-site global client engagements.
