We are looking for Payment Operations Senior Specialists to join our Payment Operations Regional team, with a focus on Service Delivery. Your mission: maintain and enhance the operational excellence of Payment Operations for India, ensuring consistent execution of operational tasks, supporting scalability and reliability, and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).

Key responsibilities:

• Execute with Excellence: Maintain high levels of consistency in executing recurring responsibilities

• KPI Management: Meet and exceed individual SLAs and KPIs

• Mentorship and Training: Train and mentor specialists
