Job description

Location: Delhi HQ
Department: Growth

About Atlys

Our mission is to enable every person on Earth to travel freely.

Travel should feel exciting. Instead, too much of it is still defined by paperwork, uncertainty, and processes that were never designed for travellers.

Atlys is changing that.

We’re building an AI-first platform that removes friction and uncertainty from travel. To date, we’ve processed visas for 1M+ travellers across 127 countries. But we’re still early.

The Role

We’re looking for a Program Manager, Marketing to build and scale Atlys’s user-led growth initiatives, with a primary focus on referrals, affiliates and user-generated content (UGC).

You will own the end-to-end execution and growth of these programs, turning our existing customer base into a powerful acquisition channel. From designing referral campaigns and building affiliate partnerships to driving UGC initiatives, you will be responsible for creating scalable programs that drive engagement, acquisition and measurable business impact.

This is a high-ownership role that requires a combination of strategic thinking, marketing execution, data orientation and operational excellence. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Data teams to take initiatives from ideation to execution and scale.

The Job

  • Own the referral program: Develop and scale Atlys's referral ecosystem, including campaign strategy, incentive structures, reward mechanisms and customer engagement initiatives.

  • Build the affiliate channel: Identify, onboard and manage affiliate partners, develop partnership models, structure commercial arrangements and drive consistent acquisition through the channel.

  • Drive UGC initiatives: Build programs that encourage customers and creators to generate authentic content, advocate for Atlys and contribute to brand awareness and acquisition.

  • Plan and execute growth campaigns: Conceptualise and run marketing campaigns across referrals, affiliates and customer advocacy, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.

  • Drive cross-functional execution: Work closely with Product and Engineering to improve referral journeys, sharing experiences, campaign placements and reward redemption flows.

  • Own program performance: Track key metrics such as customer acquisition, referral conversions, activation, affiliate contribution, campaign ROI and overall channel performance.

  • Build scalable operations: Establish processes for partner onboarding, campaign tracking, reward fulfilment, reporting and performance management.

  • Experiment and optimise: Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, test new growth levers and scale initiatives that deliver results.

The Ideal Candidate

You'll likely thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 3–5 years of experience in marketing, growth, partnerships or program management, preferably at a consumer-tech startup.

  • Have experience building and scaling marketing programs, ideally across referrals, affiliates, influencer marketing, partnerships or UGC.

  • Are comfortable taking initiatives from 0 to 1, owning the entire lifecycle from strategy and planning to execution and performance tracking.

  • Are highly data-driven and can translate campaign performance into actionable insights and growth opportunities.

  • Understand consumer behaviour, engagement drivers and how incentives and marketing interventions influence user actions.

  • Have strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and drive initiatives independently.

  • Are execution-oriented, detail-focused and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where ownership and speed matter.

We hire exceptional people for their craft, not travel enthusiasts. We solve hard problems that happen to touch global travel and government infrastructure.

What you can expect

Atlys is built by a small team with outsized ambition, high ownership, and an obsession with doing great work.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Competitive compensation and equity so you participate in the value you help create.

  • Comprehensive health insurance covering you and your family, plus annual preventive health check-up on us.

  • A thoughtful leave policy with paid time off and company holidays, because great work also requires real time off.

  • Lunch, high tea and dinner at the office, so the basics are taken care of while we build together.

  • Learning & development credits to invest in courses, books, conferences and tools that help you get better at your craft.

  • Relocation support to make moving closer to the team as seamless as possible.

  • Great tools to do your best work, including high-spec equipment and software.

  • An office designed for more than just work, with pickleball, table tennis, PlayStation, an arcade game room, an F1 simulator and even a full flight simulator.

Our values shape how we make decisions, work together and build for travelers. The bar is high, the pace is fast, and the way we work is deliberate. Read them before you apply. If this environment energizes you, you’ll probably thrive here. If it doesn’t, it’s better to know that upfront.
