We are seeking a Research/PhD candidate to join our team as part of the EMEA Graduate Program. As a Research/PhD candidate, you will investigate and explore emerging research areas, translating conceptual ideas into working prototypes or proofs of concept.
Responsibilities:
Investigate and explore emerging research areas, translating conceptual ideas into working prototypes or proofs of concept.
Assist in the design and implementation of research methodologies, data collection, and analysis.
Develop and implement algorithms and models using techniques in areas like deep learning, natural language processing, and advanced analytics to develop innovative solutions.
Partner with researchers, engineers, and product managers to align research initiatives with product vision.
Clearly present research progress, findings, and technical insights to various stakeholders.
Maintain detailed records of research procedures, methodologies, and outcomes, and prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings.
Education & Experience:
Currently pursuing a PhD program in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong academic background with a passion for research and a desire to contribute to the advancement of knowledge.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with a problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools, such as Python, R, or other specialized software and equipment as applicable to the field.
Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies, including statistical analysis software.
Time management skills and working with strict deadlines.
A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and overall sense of urgency.
