  • Payroll Administration: Support payroll processing for employees and contractors by preparing relevant reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • HR Systems & Performance Management: Assist with the implementation and ongoing improvement of Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and Performance Management Systems (PMS).
  • Administrative Operations: Provide support for general administrative activities and additional operational tasks as required.
  • Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing, approachable, and empathetic personality.
  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to understand and respond effectively to employee concerns.
  • Previous experience coordinating employee onboarding, maintaining HR documentation, and handling employee queries.
  • Basic understanding of payroll processes, HR policies, and employee administration.
  • Familiarity with HRMS and performance management processes is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and remain organized in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams.
  • Must have a personal laptop and a reliable Wi-Fi connection suitable for remote work.
  • Must be available to work Monday to Friday, from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (US shift).
  • Benefits:

  • Fully remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in India.
  • Competitive salary package with additional benefits.
