Engage with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure teams. Have thorough understanding of Cloud FileSystems, Networking, (Google) Cloud Platform, enterprise ecosystems, etc. + Make ambiguous problems tractable and help set the technical strategy for their responsible areas. Reduce chaos through automation, maintain rigorous defensive engineering standards for high availability. + Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) when working with external partners, important clients, or internal stakeholders. + Mentor junior engineers through constructive design reviews, technical guidance, and active sponsorship. Foster a generative engineering environment of psychological safety, where differing architectural ideas are debated constructively. + Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
