Job description
Provide L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. Support Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools. Resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs. Support engineering applications such as CREO, Autodesk, SolidWorks, etc. Coordinate with vendors and manage hardware procurement activities. Provide L1 networking support, including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and printer connectivity troubleshooting. Assist with desktop and engineering application migrations. Manage iPhone and Intune configurations. Provide day-to-day user support for hardware and engineering software. Work with ticketing tools for incident and service request management. Assist with server and infrastructure-related support activities. Support conference room setups, video conferencing, and collaboration tools.
