Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and generate customer invoices and bills.
- Maintain billing records and update financial data.
- Track customer payments and outstanding dues.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments.
- Maintain accounts receivable records and reports.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for billing and payment-related queries.
- Ensure accuracy in invoices and financial documentation.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
