Job Requirements We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical engineer with strong development expertise in building AI-driven automation and DevOps tooling solutions . The ideal candidate should have experience developing scalable internal platforms, intelligent workflow automation, and productivity-focused engineering solutions with a strategic and problem-solving mindset. This role focuses on designing and developing modern automation systems, AI-assisted developer tooling, and RAG-based solutions to improve engineering efficiency and operational scalability. Key Responsibilities Design and develop AI-driven automation tools and internal engineering platforms using C# and .NET Core Build intelligent workflow automation and developer productivity solutions Develop and integrate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based solutions and AI-powered engineering utilities Create scalable backend services, tooling frameworks, and automation systems Collaborate with DevOps, platform, and engineering teams to improve development workflows and operational efficiency Build reusable components and frameworks for scalable automation and process optimization Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvements and automation Troubleshoot and enhance tooling performance, integrations, and engineering workflows Work Experience Required Skills Strong hands-on development experience in C# and .NET Core Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities Experience designing scalable and maintainable software solutions Strong understanding of backend development, automation architecture, and engineering best practices Experience working with AI-assisted development workflows or intelligent automation systems Ability to think strategically and build scalable engineering solutions Good communication and collaboration skills Good to Have Experience with RAG-based AI solutions, LLM integrations, or AI-powered tooling Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD concepts, and automation workflows Knowledge of Git, TFVC, YAML pipelines, and build orchestration Experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting Understanding of REST APIs and service integrations Exposure to build/test automation frameworks and developer productivity platforms Soft Skills Strong ownership and accountability Self-driven and proactive mindset Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Passion for innovation, automation, and AI-driven engineering solutions
