This winter internship is fully online and built around guided training plus one real project. It suits students who want to use the December-January break to learn how a software company actually works.
The training part is not video lectures. You join live sessions with our developers at CoreHRx, where we walk through how our HR and payroll features are designed, coded and tested. Then you apply it: each intern gets a small piece of a live project, with a mentor who reviews your work.
Online, flexible hours that fit around your studies. 5 openings.
ThinkNext Innovations Pvt Ltd builds CoreHRx, an HR, attendance and payroll platform made in India for Indian businesses. Founded in 2019 in Sector 63, Noida, CoreHRx started from a simple frustration: HR is far too complicated for small and growing companies. Today more than 1,000 organisations across India and 10+ countries use CoreHRx to manage 1.2 million+ employees, with attendance linked directly to payroll, so salaries are accurate and dispute-free.
We build for the people who actually use HR software (owners, HR teams and employees), not just the IT team: simple by design, accurate and transparent, and driven by real-time data.
From live job posts on CoreHRx, updated 5 Nov 2026. Skill figures count posts that list their skills; salary figures only posts that show a salary.

Interview preparation · 60 questions
This page helps Indian job seekers prepare for Python interviews for backend, data engineering and data analyst roles, whether you are a fresher facing your first technical round or an experienced developer aiming for a senior position. It has 60 questions in three levels, easy, medium and hard, each with a concise sample answer and, where it helps, runnable Python 3.12 code. Topics include data structures, OOP, generators, decorators, the GIL and concurrency, type hints, testing and performance. Answer each question aloud in your own words first, then compare with the sample answer and run the code to check your understanding.
