Hiring Amazon Brand Registry & Marketplace Specialist for e-commerce consultancy

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with the UK team.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Amazon Brand Registry and intellectual property management.
• Proven expertise in identifying and removing unauthorized sellers from Amazon & E-commerce Marketplace listings.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Brand Enrolment
• Intellectual Property Management
• Report Infringement
• Report a Violation
• Amazon Transparency
• Impact Dashboard
• Project Zero

• Expert in raising and managing Amazon Seller Support case logs (tickets).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex issues and achieve effective resolutions.
• Ability to follow up on cases, provide supporting evidence, and escalate issues when required.

• Good understanding of how E-commerce Marketplace listings work and practical experience creating, managing, and optimizing product listings.
• Knowledge of listing requirements, product titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords, and product variations.
• Experience managing listings and marketplace operations on Amazon, eBay, and other online marketplaces.

• Business-minded individual who continuously looks for ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support business growth.
• Willingness to learn new skills, explore new opportunities, and evolve with the business every day.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

• Advanced knowledge of AI tools and the ability to use AI effectively for research, productivity, problem-solving, and daily business operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including:
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Other relevant Microsoft Office applications

• Good typing speed with strong accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the UK team.

Office Hours/ Shift Timings: 11am to 8pm

Working Days: 6 days (Mon-Sat)
