TradeAir (IFSC) is an IFSCA-registered broker-dealer and fund management entity in GIFT City, trading on NSE IX and India INX.
Role description
You will build and run our trading infrastructure and mid- and back-office systems, and act as our CISO. We want someone who understands networks, systems and financial markets, and can show what they have built.
• Build and run trading infrastructure, including exchange connectivity to NSE IX and India INX.
• Set up access to international exchanges and brokers, such as CME via its Aurora data centre.
• Run data-centre and colocation environments, and design the network and server room for our new GIFT City office.
• Manage firewalls, VPN, leased lines, access control (with MFA) and separation between fund and broking teams.
• Support back-office, risk, reconciliation, email, user accounts and backups.
• Manage telecom, exchange, colocation and hardware vendors.
• Keep network diagrams, the asset inventory and DR drills current.
• As CISO, own the cybersecurity policy, VAPT and audits, incident response, regulatory reporting, and Board reporting on cyber risk.
Qualifications
• At least 3 years of hands-on network, systems or infrastructure work.
• Hands-on experience with routing and switching, firewalls, and Linux and Windows servers.
• Working knowledge of MFA, patching, logging, backups and incident response.
• Interest in financial markets and a basic understanding of order and market-data flow.
• Projects you can demonstrate.
• Able to work on site in GIFT City, Gandhinagar.
Good to have: experience at a broker, exchange member, prop firm, bank or fund; exposure to CME, SGX or FIX connectivity, market-data feeds or colocation; VAPT, cyber audits or regulatory cybersecurity frameworks; Python or Bash scripting; CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Linux, CEH, CompTIA Security+ or ISO 27001.
