You will provide legal support to ICON and its clients' clinical operations and Study Start Up teams in relation to all legal aspects of the setup of new global clinical trial studies.

It is likely you will begin the role focusing on Asia-Pacific contracts, and then develop and take on experience and responsibility for global contracts.

Requirements

  • LLB or equivalent law degree.
  • Qualified lawyer (1-3 years PQE).
  • Commercial contract review and drafting experience working in-house or for a law firm, pharma/CRO experience preferred.

  • Possess strong negotiation, diplomacy and excellent organisational ability.
  • Great teammate and relationship builder with strong intrapersonal, communication, organisation and time management skills.
