As a Saviynt Developer - Senior Associate you will support identity lifecycle, access request, role engineering, and access certification work within our Cybersecurity practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, and develop deliverables while building meaningful client connections, anticipating team and client needs, and guiding junior team members as you deepen your technical skills and professional presence. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Bangalore, you will contribute to solution design, technical documentation, testing, deployment support, and post go-live issue resolution across enterprise identity and access management programs.

Responsibilities

\- Designing and configuring Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud solutions for identity governance and access management needs
\- Gathering requirements and translating business and security needs into technical design documentation and solution approaches
\- Implementing identity lifecycle, access request, role engineering, and access certification capabilities across enterprise environments
\- Integrating Saviynt with directory services, cloud platforms, IT service management tools, and enterprise applications using APIs and connectors
\- Developing scripts and workflow logic using Groovy, JavaScript, and SQL to support automation and access controls
\- Performing unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance support, and production rollout activities
\- Troubleshooting implementation issues, tuning platform performance, and resolving post go-live support items
\- Applying risk-based access, segregation of duties, delegation, and custom attribute mapping concepts within the platform
\- Collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams to align identity solutions with compliance and audit requirements
\- Reviewing work assigned to junior team members and contributing guidance on delivery tasks and technical problem solving

What You Must Have

\- At least a Bachelor's degree
\- At least 4-8 years of experience
\- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

\- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
\- At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to identity governance and access management, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials
\- Developing Saviynt solutions for identity lifecycle, access requests, and certifications
\- Supporting requirements gathering, technical design, and rollout activities
\- Integrating REST APIs, SCIM, and JIT provisioning
\- Scripting with Groovy, JavaScript, and SQL in Saviynt
\- Collaborating across client teams while navigating ambiguity
