**Summary of Position:**

Responsible for designing and developing reports, visualizations & dashboards to support key decision making for talent, including use of sensitive HR data. Conducting data mining and visualization to identify trends and patterns. Presenting actionable people insights, using relevant programming language(s) and technology, to stakeholders across the company.

**Key Responsibilities:**

· Designing and developing reports, visualizations & dashboards to support key people decision making.

· Conducting data mining and visualization to identify trends and patterns.

· Responsible for developing executive level PowerPoint decks that bring insights into action.

**Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:**

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Data Engineering/Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 5 to 8 years of experience.

• Data Analysis methods

• Experience working with creation and deployment of agents within Fabric Framework, preferably copilot.

• **BI Dashboards (Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI, etc.). Preferably Power BI.**

• **Advanced Visualization techniques and Real-Time Intelligence (if in Power BI)**

• Power Automate knowledge is highly desirable, but not necessary

• Executive PowerPoint presentations

• Storytelling with Data

• Attention to detail, Insights to Action, Dashboards/Visualization

• **High proficiency in SQL**

• Preferred: Experience in Alteryx, AWS Stack
