Senior Software Development Lead
Job requirements
Experience Range: 5 to 8 years of experience in full stack software development, with at least 5 years specifically in .Net technologies and AI-assisted development environments Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade full stack applications using .Net 10, ASP.Net Core, React, and Typescript
Build modern, responsive user interfaces with React JS and Tailwind CSS to optimize user experience and accessibility
Develop robust backend services and APIs with .NET Core and C#, ensuring high performance and reliability
Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and continuous integration within cloud-native architectures
Collaborate with AI agents for code generation, testing, and reviews, integrating AI-driven workflows to enhance productivity and code quality
Ensure secure coding practices, governance, and compliance throughout the software development lifecycle
Configure and manage containerization and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployment
Monitor and optimize application performance using observability tools and maintain database integrity with SQL Server
