The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, coach teams on Agile best practices, and drive continuous improvement while fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability. What You Will DoFacilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.Remove impediments and proactively address risks impacting team delivery.Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine product backlogs.Track sprint progress, team velocity, burn-down metrics, and delivery commitments.Foster a collaborative environment that enables self-organizing and high-performing teams.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery expectations.Drive Agile adoption and process improvements across projects and teams.Facilitate dependency management across cross-functional teams.Support release planning, roadmap discussions, and program-level coordination. What You Need to Be Successful3 to 6 years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master.Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies for multiple development teams.Proven ability to track Agile metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms.Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and mentoring abilities.Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive issue resolution.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Bonus Points If You HaveCertified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or SAFe Agilist certification.Experience in Automotive, Embedded Systems, Infotainment, or Connected Vehicle projects.Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile-at-Scale implementations.Experience managing globally distributed teams.Knowledge of Lean Agile practices and Value Stream Management.Experience with release train coordination and program increment planning. What Makes You EligibleBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3 to 6 years of industry experience with a strong background in Agile project delivery.Proven experience leading Agile teams in complex, cross-functional environments.Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Passion for Agile transformation, team empowerment, and delivery excellence.
