Job Requirements Must-Have Skills (revised) 5–8 years of professional software development experience At least 6–12 months of hands-on experience building LLM-powered or agentic applications — RAG pipelines, agent/tool-calling logic, or MCP-style integrations (exact framework flexible: LangChain, LlamaIndex, custom implementations, etc.) Strong Python (or similar) with solid grasp of API/service design, not just feature coding Proven experience owning microservices/REST APIs end-to-end (FastAPI, Flask, Django, Spring Boot, Node.js, etc.), including production debugging Working knowledge of Docker, Git/CI-CD pipelines, and at least one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP) Solid database skills (SQL or NoSQL) — schema design, query optimization Practical exposure to at least one vector store or LLM API provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, Qdrant, pgvector, etc.) Clear communication — comfortable explaining trade-offs to seniors and occasionally to customers Good to Have (unchanged, now signals depth beyond the bar) Deeper agent framework experience (LangGraph, multi-agent orchestration, A2A/MCP protocols) Exposure to Kubernetes, Kafka/RabbitMQ, workflow engines (Temporal/Airflow) Observability tooling exposure (Grafana, Prometheus, Langfuse/Phoenix) Prior consulting/client-facing delivery experiencease enter Job descrption here....
