Job Requirements Business Intelligence (BI) Lead Role Overview Lead Tableau to Power BI migration workstreams, coordinate with clients, mentor engineers, and deliver high-quality BI solutions. Balance hands-on dashboard development with solution ownership and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities · Lead delivery of Tableau to Power BI migration activities. · Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions. · Develop Power BI dashboards, data models, and DAX measures. · Review team deliverables and mentor junior engineers. · Optimize report performance and ensure reporting standards. · Coordinate with client stakeholders and project managers. · Support estimation, planning, testing, and deployment. Required Qualifications · 5-8 years of BI experience in consulting or IT services. · Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL. · Working knowledge of Tableau with migration experience preferred. · Experience of working in Agile delivery model · Experience in dimensional modeling and data validation. · Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications · Exposure to Cloud environment (Fabric, Azure, AWS or GCP) and databases · Working experience of leveraging AI tools for speeding development like Co-Pilot, Claude, OpenAI · Exposure to other BI tools like MicroStrategy, Qlik Sense, QuickSight, Spotfire, etc · Exposure to CI/CD
