Financial Analyst

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Providing project accounting support to the North America Finance team. This position will report to the Associate Director Finance & Administration GEC and Director NA Projects, Finance.

Role combines Oracle reporting, monthly closing, issue research, and financial-data preparation.

Responsibilities include Oracle project accounting, project issue reviews, sales order retrieval, S OP slide preparation, and project manager

Run NA Project Accounting Reports out of Oracle (volume of projects continue to grow).

Assist in month end closing activities – drafting Journal Entries of Clarity accrual.

Assist in weekly cost-over-budget reviews at both task and project levels.

Assist in monthly closing of NA Projects in Oracle (monthly).

Assist in Monthly Unbilled Milestones review.

Assist NA Project Accountants in researching Project Issues and Orders Reviews (daily)

Pull down Sales Order Entry Forms from the Sales Order Management SharePoint (as needed).

Assist in preparation of comments required for Quarterly Project Reviews.

Assist in the preparation of financial data in the S&OP slides (monthly).

For This Role, You Will Need:

Degree in Commerce with 5-8 years of experience.

Strong interpersonal and people management skills

Working proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Power BI, PPT, PDF etc.

Proficiency in English Speaking is required.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

CMA up to 3 years of post-qualification experience in finance domain

Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

System Knowledge of Oracle, Oracle SmartView

Good Excel knowledge & presentation tools.
