Job Type: Full Time Impact you will realize: Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications using Core Java and/or Python. Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following established coding standards and software engineering best practices. Develop and enhance backend services using relevant frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Django, or similar technologies. Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture and technology decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business and technical requirements and propose effective solutions. Apply strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and software design principles to solve complex engineering challenges. Design, develop, and optimize database queries and backend data processing to improve application performance. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, maintainability, and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues through debugging, analysis, and root cause investigation. Contribute as a hands-on individual contributor throughout the software development lifecycle. Actively participate in technical brainstorming sessions and recommend technologies, design improvements, and engineering solutions. Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high-quality software within defined timelines. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across application performance, code quality, and development practices. Key skills you will require: Primary Skills Core Java and Python: Strong hands-on expertise in either Core Java with working knowledge of Python, or Python with working knowledge of Core Java. Backend Frameworks: Good experience with relevant frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Django, or similar technologies. Data Structures and Algorithms: Excellent understanding of data structures, algorithms, and their practical application in solving complex technical problems. Database and SQL: Strong understanding of database concepts, SQL programming, query optimization, and database performance tuning. Object-Oriented Programming: Strong knowledge of object-oriented design and programming principles. Software Design Principles: Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and engineering best practices. Application Development: Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend applications. Code Reviews and Quality: Ability to review code, identify potential improvements, and ensure code quality, readability, and maintainability. Analytical and Problem-Solving
Skills: Strong analytical thinking, debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis capabilities. Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile development environments and participating in collaborative development practices. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Secondary Skills Technical Design and Architecture: Ability to contribute to technical discussions, evaluate design alternatives, and recommend effective solutions. Individual Contribution: Proven ability to take ownership of development tasks and deliver solutions independently while collaborating with peers. Performance Optimization: Understanding of techniques to improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
