**Job Purpose**
Provide deep application expertise and hands-on implementation capabilities to configure, support, troubleshoot and continuously improve assigned.
**Main Tasks & responsibilities**
Act as the primary technical expert for assigned ServiceNow modules and platform components.
Configure, maintain and optimize ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, catalog items, integrations and data structures.
Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests and platform-related issues.
Implement approved changes, enhancements and ServiceNow configurations.
Execute testing activities and support the deployment of platform releases and upgrades.
Maintain application documentation, knowledge articles and work instructions.
Monitor platform performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Application Managers, Engineers, business users and external service providers to deliver effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with defined quality, security and operational standards.
**Experience Required-**
Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration, configuration and application support and maintenance.
Strong functional and technical expertise in ServiceNow and related IT service management processes.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, administration, testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Good understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, module dependencies and application lifecycle management.
Experience working with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Service Catalog and CMDB.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and quality-focused approach.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams and service providers.
